I dont know if the spotting I have had today is an implantation or not. How long do they last for? and how long should i wait to do a pregnancy test?

I have just moved to Australia from the US and I am Mum to 4 children. My husband and I want to try for another baby, but I am worried what type of care/treatment I will receive from GP 's in Australia. I am very overweight, but my weight has never affected my pregnancies (no high blood pressure, diabetes, etc) Just wondering what other plus size women's experiences have been.

Thanks so much!

Is anyone else in the same boat as me? I'm 43 and have a three-year-old daughter. My hubby and i have now decided to try for another child - with our daughter we conceived easily. I'm just wondering about other mums experiences of having a second child at the age of 44 or so? Is it easier second time around even though you're older? do you get really tired? I'll also be working part time and as much as I'd love to have another baby i do worry about how i'll manage it all! Currently i'm just telling myself that if i do fall pregnant (we're just leaving that to fate) then i'll cope because i have to - as lots of other mums do. I'd love to hear about other mums experiences. Miss Mac.
