Im in the que with you ..... Our first child  ...we started trying and Bam we are pregnant

Guess mother Nature is making us work for it this time   5 months 3 days - not that im counting

Have found a good sence of humour works wonders and a good chat to others in same boat

at the moment im trying to think of uses for all those test kits that turned the "WRONG" colour

suggestions welcome

Hi we are also TTC our 2nd i already have a 17 month old boy kinda hoping for a girl this time around but as long as they're happy and healthy i don't really mind!!

That sounds like us. We are TTC our 2nd and began trying on our wedding night , which was April. Still no luck. It is really hard sometimes to even have the energy to get busy, its even harder when you know you're ovulating but hubby is way too tired, I don't like saying to him 'we must have sex, I'm ovulating' It's kind of a romance killer.

Oh well. Good luck to all and baby dust!

Hello Pippsqueak 

I too had your situation, where my first child was easily conceived. Trying for a second one was not so easy, though I'm sure that alot think just because the first was easy then there would be no problems having a second one. It is just so frustrating. We were trying for over 2 and a half years before I finally fell pregnant, and now I am 8 weeks pregnant-Thought It would never happen again. So I hope your wait is not that long. I started using a spit test ovulation kit which really helped me to know when I was fertile, kept the temperature charts,took vitex, I upped my protein intake and tried to include it in each meal(on advice from a naturopath). Every month it was the same results and to no avail, until last month, I had to do a test 3 times to really believe it. So don't lose faith, it may happen when you least expect it.
